For those of you who don't know what the "Hotty Toddy" cheer is, the quote below is from a Rebel fan who posted last year, don't know if he's still a member. The "port-o-lets" at Ole Miss even have signs that say "Hotty Toddy Potty", its a great place to take an ole piss ! Before each home game they have a guest that starts "hotty toddy". If you know the cheer, it starts out "are you ready?" and then the crowd answers with "hell yeah, damn right, hotty toddy god almighty who the hell are we... hey.. flim flam bim bam ole miss by damn"
I have seen grown men who are Ole Piss fans that yell "Hotty Toddy!" with a huge smile. It is so sad.
Okay, so now everyone knows what the cheer is. Is there anyone who can fill us in on why it is, or how it started?
...so did the cheer STILL go "Ole Miss by damn"???? PS I had many friends that went to Lee many moons ago... ..even though I was a NBR kid (Redemptorist)
