One time I had stopped to take a break from mowing my lawn when all a of a sudden my leg felt like it was on fire. I was standing in the fire ant nest I had just run over with the mower.

I finished painting ceilings today. I painted the dining room ceiling this morning. Am so glad that is done. Next paint project is to paint the trim in my bedrooms. Will take that a little bit at a time tho. Gotta move furniture to do it.

Oh and I tried the two ant bed idea and I think they made friends.

Texas ants must be different from Louisiana ants.
