The guy is a legend in Jefferson Parish. He would be kicking some major butt right now if he were in charge.

Harry Lee didn't allow the Grand Isle chief-of-police into Grand Isle during Martial Law. Doesn't Martial Law mean the cops can do whatever they want?

No it means that the military takes over law enforcement and can do whatever they want.

Blanco comes from the very powerful political machine from Crowley/Breaux Bridge. That had a whole lot to do with her beating Jindal. Also Jindal sure does look like some kind-a A rab.
