I wouldn't buy anything used without seeing it in person first. I don't think R Kansas is blocking cars from Louisiana yet.

the used one i was looking at was in Utah

 

I'd still want to play it first or have a return agreement. It looks sort of, idk, like the color but it ends there.

 

i'm going to try to see if i can get it transferred to a local guitar center first.
don't know if they do that without a purchase agreement.

 

See if they have one on Musicians Friend. Free shipping and the don't charge sales tax. I looked at an amp at Guitar Center. Same price but saved me $20 bucks on the tax to order from MF
