DNA evidence is inconclusive. They are going to roll with eye witness statements.

If he's a marine, why isn't he on marine base somewhere acting like a marine? He's been here at least two months getting in trouble with the law in both months.

Is there any confirmation that he actually is a marine? Or a boot-camp drop-out?

The problem with a grand jury is there is no defense. The grand jury only hears the evidence the DA has and based solely on that they (the grand jury) makes the decision whether there is enough evidence to proceed to trial.:(

    He's a reservist. Weekend warrior.

Anywho...I'm trying to figure out how DNA evidence is 'inconclusive'.

Either there's DNA evidence or there's NO DNA evidence. The DNA test was negative...not inconclusive.
