1. mainly to get em back for that gift we gave them last year. But also to turn our season around. Given that we beat UK and FS, LSU needs to prove to themselves that they can run with the big dogs. I think winning that game on the road will give them the confidence they need. Because I think they try to hard in the big games and that's what leads to all the mistakes. If they would get ready to play like they were for The U in the PBowl, they could beat anybody in the country.
  2. You must not have watched any games since the "U" game. I don't get the impression they -as a team- are "Trying" hard- Broussard definitely running hard (for whatever the reason); Justin Vincent hitting the holes backwards; Landry missing tackles going for the "Big hit" and talking **** when we're losing the game; special teams a disaster.

To be fair, a lot of individual players are: Hester is playing his heart out, and, even though some will disagree, I feel Jarmacus is trying and never got the impression he was o.k. with not winning and never saw it in his demeanor. Defensive players Dorsey, Beckwith, Xenon, to name a few who have stood out.
