  1. i'll have to experiment, i've had them at restaurants before but never made 'em. you grill the fish i suppose.
  2. Grilled grouper- squeeze lime over them while on the pit.

  3. Actually I fry the fish, no breading, just straight with seasoning. Less is more in this case!
  4. hmmm, sounds tasty....and I do believe we have some fish in the freezer from the last trip out...that means no need to stop at the store on the way home from the school !! WAHOOO!!! Thanx y'all...:thumb:

    gotta go feed the dawgs.. AGAIN (damn they take up a lot of time) then off to carpool line...

    I've heard of tacos that smell like fish, but never had a fish taco. Doesn't sound pleasant at all.
