Last night I stopped at Trader Joe's and the free samples were for Vanilla Danish Kringel. It was simply delicious and I could not help buying one. Like most blessings, it was a curse too as I could not stop eating it. So this morning, I visited a neighbor, wished her a good morning and unloaded a lot of calories. So far, she seems most grateful and has not complained, but I'm glad that the irresistible treat is out of my reach.

I see that there are a few Trader Joe's in Louisiana and if you live near one and can restrain yourself, you may want to give it a try...

Looks great. I like 2 over easy on top of a little grits...or a BLT.

If I have left over spaghetti and meatballs or Chinese leftovers from the night before...they make a great omelet.

Good morning to all you football fans. The baseball fans are still asleep after last night's 5 hour thriller.
