To facilitate clean up in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita. Fans are advised that those activities may go on through mid-afternoon Monday, possibly impacting some tailgating activities.

Some evacuees from Hurricane Rita with special medical needs have already begun arriving at LSU's Carl Maddox Field House, and the Pete Maravich Assembly Center has been put on standby as a medical treatment center as it was for Hurricane Katrina.

However, LSU athletic department spokesman Herb Vincent said Friday that the use of either facility should have little or no impact on the game aside from some routing of traffic in that part of the campus.

There will be no one-way pregame traffic routes into the campus. Fans should be aware that normal weekday Baton Rouge rush hour traffic should be considered in their plans.

After the game, one-way out-bound traffic will be limited as well. Only Dalrymple Drive, Highland Road and St. Phillip Street will be available.

Rain from Hurricane Rita will determine the availability of many of the grass parking lots on campus

Part of Lot O will be unavailable because it is being used for parking at the Maddox Field House. Overflow parking for Lot O will be in Lot W on Skip Bertman Drive.

LSU has switched the free car parking lot across Skip Bertman from the LSU Vet School to an RV parking lot for the entire season in response to fans who are having difficulty finding hotel rooms.

The LSU Athletic Ticket Office will be closed today but will be open Sunday from noon-6 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. until halftime.

Ticket holders who lost or do not have access to their tickets due to the hurricanes can present their ID at the ticket office to have their tickets replaced.
