1. For the record, they DO go 2x in a year.

    94- Nebraska 2
    95- Colorado 2
97- Florida and Michigan 2. Michigan was also featured when they played at Michigan St and Penn St. and then again in the Rose Bowl.
99- Florida 2. Might even be 3 but the location of their game against Ga. wasn't clear.
    2000- Miami 2
    2001- Nebraska 2
2002- Tennessee and Ohio St. 2
2003- Ohio St and Michigan 2
    2004- USC 2
2005- Va Tech 2 (One of those was a game scheduled in Baton Rouge but moved due to Rita)
2006- Ohio St and USC 2

Sidenotes- There are some teams that could claim a 3rd appearance but those were conference championships and not "home" games. The 1996 Gameday in Baton Rouge led to ESPN installing the net you often see. LSU fans were po'd that Corso had picked Bama and things were thrown at him including a golf ball which is still owned by the LSU Athletic Dept.
  2. The LSU-USC game is on CBS, does that count against Gameday coming? I thought they have to go to ABC/ESPN games.
  3. They don't have to, but it does influence them.
  4. Pretty obvious to me that they will be at USC vs. Wazzu...

  5. MMMM no the game is not.

CBS is picking the Bama/UGA game for their 230 kickoff
ESPN is picking LSU/USC for their 645 kickoff
  6. Read up Crip. They fooled us.
  7. If Georgia was a better team, I'd see it, but I don't see Georgia giving Bama much of a game. I doubt Gameday will go to T Town.
  8. Leading up to our game with Va Tech, I read that they don't like to do the same team twice in a year. Not that they won't, just that they prefer not to.
  9. Wouldn't Gameday rather LSU-Florida in a couple weeks?
  10. I'm suprised we havn't heard anything yet. Usually we know on Sunday.
