How much does a Fresno win tonight help us?? Right now, they lead 24-21 with 10 min left in the 4th. On a side note, I notice that Fresno doesn't have their bulldog logos on their helmets. Is this a "you have to earn them back" tactic like what Colorado used a few seasons ago??
I'm guessing it could get us about a .001 bump in the computers, unless other opponents of ours have played either team and won or lost. Thanks for the heads up about the game though. Wife told me there wasn't a game on tonight!
Not sure about this, but I believe Fresno didn't wear the logos on the helmets to distinguish them from La Tech's. I thought the same thing you did until I realized that both teams have the exact same shades of Red and Blue on their helmets. I don't know about you, but a Blue/White Louisiana and a Blue/White Bulldog on the exact same red helmet would look very similar in a 4.5 40. Just my guess though... Oh, by the way... I live in Arkansas and my Tigahs just made this state tolerable for another year!!! Congrats guys and thank you!!!
yeah, local news reported the story here right after the boise state loss i think. hill declared that this team would go undefeated for the next 4 games(idaho, new mexico state, la tech, and san jose st(next week)). he took away the stickers saying that they would have to be earned back. hes not wearing a hat for the same reason. its wonderful to finally not hear it from stupid fresno fans, LSU shut em down and their program is in a lot of trouble.
