free online broadcast?

    you can hear it at www.1560thegame.com. That's what I use anyway. It's out of Houston, but is on the LSUnetwork so you can hear the "Voice of the Tigers," Mr. Jim Hawthorne. Plus, I find that they have high-bandwith streaming, so no refreshes--even when I listen from my phone.

    Thanks for this JayB, I get into work situations that don't allow me to have TV access (unless its broadcast on CBS etc), but I "can" get web access. Love listening to JH. I've actually turned the volume down on the TV and listened to JH's play by play.

    No prob. Believe me, it's a lifesaver. Sometimes the feed is a little slow, but it's JH.

    what # do you call to get it on your phone? there was a # last year for WJBO (I think) but it doesn't work anymore.

    I probably should have been a bit clearer. I meant that I connect to it via internet on my phone. :grin:

    You used to able to call WWL and listen to the game, but I guess too many people learned of the number... :hihi:

    ahhh...thanks all the same JayB. man, I really liked that WWL gig, very convenient when I was at work. :(

    Thanks for that link.....I can use it next weekend for the LAte game. at least we can see a lot of LSU football here in Big 10 Country..today will make the 8th game this year on CBS or ESPN. Do we know if the OLD MISS game will be on ESPN?
