It sure looked like an Achilles injury when it happened, but he came back in.

 

If it truly is a high ankle sprain he won't be completely healthy this entire year. I would expect him to tweak it weekly. They should probably sit him for a few weeks and let it heal as much ass possible. It shouldn't end his season. I doubt if he sits out just to avoid further injury if he gets relatively healthy. I don't think he would do that to his teammates.
