is it just me or is it fixed width now? even if i maximize my window, just alot of empty purple space on the sides
You know I kind of noticed that to just now. I have a 25" wide screen and I am using Google Chrome and noticed its now fixed size...
Yes, I am experimenting. We are redesigning the forum and we might be moving to a fixed width format. Actually I'm going to try and have several forum templates for people to choose from, a light toned and darker toned option and a fluid width and fixed width option.
I for one like the current look. The bigger fonts made me feel old. I may change my opinion in a few years.:lol:
Change with the seasons? You know, light and airy for baseball (Gold), sinister dark for football (Deep Purple), bright and fast paced for bball (Blend)? Would keep things fresh.
I rarely use my browser full screen on my computer. Usually I do it about 1/2 to 2/3 screen width. Having a page that is a set size is a huge negative for a page for me. Scroll bars are bad.
