Students are the biggest no-shows in the stadium! There are always big empty spots at kickoff. They fill in sometime in the first or second quarter but start leaving after halftime.

Oh, I agree. But the big games, it's annoying because of the lack of assigned seating with people taking seats while you're standing and such. I swear we almost got in a fist fight during 'Zona last year because some biddies thought it'd be a good idea to take our seats while we were cheering.

Other side of the coin, my friends and I came up with some original cheers during the Fresno State game because we were the only group of people within 15 rows in ANY direction. Lots of thrashing, running, etc.

I hate that gap right in the middle of the bottom west side where the frat no-shows are supposed to go.

    perhaps the early auburn loss

also, isnt it possible to get over capacity? if so, then arent the %full attendance numbers skewed because full might really be 104%?

Try and buy a ticket to any LSU home game - they are all sold out. Every away game is sold out except Too-Lame. Why someone would buy a ticket and not go is something I do not understand.

Swerved It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds.

That's reinforcing what I just told you..

    Tickets being sold = "Ends"

Big ass stadium and still growing = "Means"

    Get my drift?

So what? All the tickets are sold. How would lowering tix prices change the number of no shows?

If Miami would ever build a new stadium, it MIGHT get better. The Orange Bowl is a dump. Every LSU game I've ever watched on tv showed the stands filled. Can't wait to get there someday.:)
