I saw an update about 2 or 3 days ago and Allen said he will be a Tiger and we have nothing to worry about.

Man, you're not kidding. I just watched some footage from this and last year while working out - Q. Johnson (and S. Jordan and J. Hester last year) were awesome at fullback. Everytime I watch a game again, I see more stuff from QJ that makes me just shake my nugget and smile. What a dude.

Allen has a huge opportunity and, physically, he looks ready to jump in pretty quickly.

so imagine quinn johnson with about 4.50-4.55 speed

that's allen.....would be more than just a blocking back in this offense

    can you say triple option?

Only thing that remains, I guess, is to see if he has a killer instinct when it comes to blocking. QJ was a wrecking ball.

I'm getting pumped about 2010. Next year will be good. 2010 will be insane.

    Great.

    We need this kid.

Singleton looking less likely to get offered unless we miss out on a few people.

:geaux: Great news. This kid is a critical part of this class, IMO, and I can't wait to see him on the field in purple & gold! :LSU231:

this kid could prove to be a huge pickup. Every quarterback needs a running game (especially young ones like Jefferson or Shep) and every running game needs a good fullback. Hopefully this kid can step up.
