Here are there rankings. I disregarded all it's credibility when I saw White at number 4. He will not be a Qb in the NFL ever, and they think he is the 4th best NFL prospect.

They got the first 2 right though so who knows. Troy Smith is a Michael Robinson type guy that is 50/50 whether he can be a QB at the next level or not. He is awesome at the college level though.
  2. Smith > Quinn

IMO, he's #1 heading into this season, and not just the product of a system.
  3. kolb ahead of russell?? HUH! theres a few wtf's in there but its mostly accurate.
  4. Carpenter at ASU finished 1st in QB ratings last year as a freshman... and gets ranked 17th????

Leak has been ranked in the top ten most every year... I'm sure 11th is his lowest... and he finished 34th in 2005, 16th in 2004, and 39th in 2003.

Yep, this all makes sense to me now!!
  5. Well, Carpetenr may not even start at ASU, they have a helluva QB battle ont hier hans I think.

White may not play a down at QB in the NFL, but this is a college poll and he will have a huge impact on his teams games, so I can see why he is rated highly.

  6. No the poll is for NFL prospects from college. Big difference.
  7. Where do you see that? I just read the article and never saw the word NFL or future potential.

"Here are the preseason rankings for the nation's top returning signal callers."

  8. It is from scout's Inc's Todd McShay. That is what he does, scouts college players for pro talent.

There is more to the article, i just cut out all of the article except the rankings.
  9. oh well thats different then....
