They are blocking based on "Standing". Nothing to do with any laws. In other words, it is like ME pulling you over for speeding. You are clearly breaking the law, but I have no standing to do such. Just legal ways to get bent. In fact, standing has such a broad definition you see it get abused quite regularly. Because of the nature of elections, there is such a grey around around if I can sue Texas over my neighbors vote or not. That is effectively the issue on all these thrown out on standing.

Well it generally is. An exception or even a few is not the majority. Its like you dont even realize how many judges there are. Further, the simple fact that one was appoint "while Trump was president" doesnt mean jack shit.
i don't think any big court ruled on the merits of election fraud, just ruled it doesn't below in their court...hot potato, frankly no one wants to take on the threats, abuse, pressure cooker of ruling on POTUS election fraud....hell, we even have US Senators openly threatening SCOTUS justices....we are officially a banana republic...protect your family and assets as best you can
