The only objective piece of the argument is the one presented by 123, that the State of Texas "denied certification", and thus BANNED the use of those machines in Texas. According to AG Paxton, Dominion was denied certification because they were vulnerable to fraud and manipulation. .... but TG ... swears up and down it was just some good ol boy cronyism to support Hart. .. .no proof, just him looking into his rose colored crystal ball and proclaiming what he believes to be true.
