The facts are clear. The interpretation slides in different ways. Someone could say that Trumps's tweet didn't put Pence in immediate danger because he knew he was safe. He left the floor. Someone could say that the timing is irrelevant. It falls on what you want to think.

I think Trumps got butt hurt when he heard Pence left the floor and he tweeted out his butt hurtness.

It could be done with a numbering system where nobody knows who voted for who.
