The only person to conclusively die because of the protest on Jan 6th was the woman murdered by Capitol Police...who was doing about the same thing that a bunch of crazy liberals and political operatives were when they were beating on the doors of the Supreme Court for the Kavanaugh hearings. It was a bunch of crazy/fringe Republicans, mixed with political operatives from many persuasions (Antifa, BLM), plain ole troublemakers, and lots of "I just want to be on TV" knuckleheads who'll wear any shirt. There is plenty of video documentation that the violence was caused by MAGA supporters. WHERE’S your evidence that antifa or little green men were there???? As to those who stormed the capital many were not interested in violence per se but they went with the intention of stopping the final certification of the electoral vote AND because Trump asked them to. Those people had been whipped into a frenzy by Trump and the other speakers that day. That act is insurrection by definition. They are responsible for their actions as Trump is also responsible for his. It’s obvious he was willing to risk violence to stop the Congress from its duty. His words and actions or lack there of speak clearly.
