Even if he did those things, he would not be wrong as they did it to him. I dont blame anyone who went. At all. The time of bending over has to stop, otherwise today will look like playtime.
What happened today will split the Republican party between true conservatives and trumpers. What did those people accomplish today?
What is troubling, is that the Media and the Elites and the Washington Insiders are not treating this as the Canary in the Coal Mine that it is!! There is about 1/2 of America that is close to its breaking point when it comes to the corruption of the Washington Elite and how they do not apply law equally. While the Washington Establishment is focusing on the "violence" the mob, they are not acknowledging the reason why. Contrast that to BLM. They were in the streets killing, burning, etc, and the Media embraced their false narrative, literally downplayed the violence. BUT .. you have not heard the Media say a damn thing as to WHY the protestors at the Stop the Steal were there. NOT A WORD!! HECK .. it is in the Title ... Stop the Steal means they don't trust the election system anymore, and that is a recipe for revolution. And they can ignore it all they wish, it will not make it go away. AND .. sadly, all it would take to bring the fiasco to an end would be to honestly address the concerns.
What do you think state election officials from both parties and our judicial system been saying for the past 60 days or so? The reason those people do not trust the election system anymore falls directly on the shoulders of Donald Trump and no other. Trump has created an alternative reality about the most sacred ritual our country performs, voting and it's integrity. It's a lie though. Too many officials from different states and different stripes have certified these results. You say that we should all go along with your wanting more proof that there was no fraud but you've refused to believe the proof for the past 60 days, what makes us think you'll believe it for the 8th, 9th and 10th time? I say that we've all patiently allowed Trump two months to present his case. He hasn't made one to the American people, let alone our judicial system....and many times before judges that were appointed by Trump himself. What we've gotten is vague platitudes, what-about-isms and unfounded accusations. So I say that even an another audit or commission or appeal to the Supreme Court wouldn't satisfy people who only want their way, not to follow the rule of law and order that they claim to drape themselves in. At some point you have to ask yourself this question: how many times have your sources been correct about what happened next? when has the "boom" or the "tick-tock" turned out to be anything other than talk? Donald Trump is a want-to-be Dictator. His impulses have been rebuked by the American people and he cannot take it. His followers cannot understand it because he promised otherwise, created a reality in which he could never lose, threatened his political enemies, dismissed experts, proclaimed that he alone can fix what ails us and convinced enough of you that without him we cannot survive as a nation. It's all been a lie. Today people rushed the Capital because they are angry that everything Donald Trump promised them hasn't come true. Their grievances that he promised to address fell on deaf ears unless it enriched his family or delivered on debts or promises to foreign leaders. Today is the culmination of all of that, every bit of it, crashing to the ground.
It doesn’t matter. It’s half our country and if half wants an investigation, then have it. You guys drug us through the mud for 4 years based on lies. People can only take so much shit before they break in ways no one can pull back.
