You are right, it will NOT be with votes, because the Democrats have rendered the Democratic Process meaningless. It does no good to have a vote when the guidelines have no way of vetting the ballot, and there is no enforcement.
When half of BR is a ghetto, it’s hard to ignore the racial component of that IMO. I also think JBE is pretty decent for a democrat, but he is still sympathetic to a lot of their crap. Some of the GOP governors seem a lot more shitty (more in the vein of Jindal).
The ghetto is gonna ghetto, there isn't much that can be done about that until they decide to cut it out. We can go on forever about why or how they got there and not gain an inch of ground. The bottom line is at some point you have to get tired of doing the same thing, until they do, ghetto it is.

Don't care if you are registered water fowl, you still opposed the only force that was against tyranny on the part of the Washington Beltway, and supported the guy who will rubber stamp ... Universal Healthcare, Paris Accord and the Green New Deal, Iran Nukes, China becoming the world's #1 economy, BLM Bullshit .... and the list goes on. Worst of all, you voted in the guy who will forever change Voting Rules such that Bugs Bunny and Donald Duck will be able to vote, and nobody will do a thing about it unless they are registered republicans.
