You are both probably right and there will be no charges but I can't say the same for the Cy Vance investigation from the Southern District of NY because it deals with Tax Evasion and Money Laundering from the Trump Organization. I don't think Trump will be charged with violating the Emoluments Clause either although I do believe his actions will embolden future politicians of both stripes to enrich themselves from their positions and do it with little shame.
