Not a chance. Look, my point is that Michael Cohen went to prison for a crime that he says that he carried out by Trump's orders. Those are Cohen's words, not mine. That said, Cohen wasn't sent to prison without a wealth of evidence. At least enough to make Cohen plead guilty. It's not like this is just an allegation. There is evidence. A grand jury believed there was enough evidence to make indictments. Cohen and another unnamed person were the only two individuals on the indictments. Cohen says, and it is widely speculated, that Trump is the other. If there was enough evidence to send Cohen to prison and enough evidence for a grand jury to issue indictments, then there is enough evidence to send Trump to prison as well. I do not disagree with your statement that we all need to be more civil and I will make a point to do so with you because I believe you will abide by those same gentlemen's rules. That said, what I said wasn't inaccurate. Please Google it and take a look for yourself. Look, I have no interest in beating a dead horse but I cannot also sit by and allow people to spread untruths and lies about something that is fundamental to the execution of our democracy. Crying wolf about something as serious as voter fraud is the only thing that has been muddying the waters. I think all of us supported Trump's right to present his evidence in court and I think we've all been patient about allowing him 60 something court cases to do just that. That said, this is over. Time to start debating the issues that will divide us during the Biden Administration and move past Trump.

Yes that is exactly what I am telling you. The only thing that has protected him is his position as President. A sitting President cannot be indicted so the indictment lists him as Defendent #1 until he is no longer President, which will be January 20th. He is then able to be indicted and prosecuted. Will he go to jail? I don't know...doubt that Biden would allow it for the sake of national unity but this is fact. The evidence that sent Cohen to prison has nothing to do with Cohen's integrity. Evidence has to be deeper than one man's accusations for an indictment to be issued. very

So the FACTUAL evidence of Cohen being proven to lie throughout his court cases has no bearing on his statements that have no factual backing? This is objective to you?
it may be the left’s wet dream, but trump isn’t going to get arrested, indicted, charged with a crime, etc... it simply isn’t happening. the office won’t be weakened in posture by doing so.
