Is that your opinion or do you have something factual to back it up? It's probably your weak ass opinion.
By throwing an objection by the House and Senate, they will have to discuss the issues and technically could take a vote that could change the election outcome. This is an explanation I was sent. Not sure it will happen but it is interesting: On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with the rest of the House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing... Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps by the assembly. Remember... Mike Pence is in full authority that day as written in the Constitution. The ballots will be certified today but that means nothing... The votes will be opened and at that point one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector's votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection everything changes. Everything!! The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes. If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected. And Democrats who are complaining now did the same thing in 2004 and 2016.
dove tailing off of Dachsie's post on your question .... if an objection to the GA Election Certification is brought up in the Senate, and the GA Election Commission can not back up their results because they threw away all the ballots, then yes, the Senate can rule the GA votes uncertified and exclude them from the count. It all hinges on VP Pence. HIs authority in this matter can not be challenged, not even by the Supreme Court. VP Pence, deciding that there is enough evidence of fraud and obscurity associated with the election, "could" throw the election to the House, 1 vote per state, leading to a Trump win. As to whether or not he has the balls to to so is quite a different story.
In another thread I brought up the point that the only reason for Pence not to do it would be if he wants Biden and soon Harris to be president so they will fuck up so bad that Pence would be easily elected in 2024. The problem with that is there might be no chance to win in 2024 with the extra 2 states, the expanded Supreme Court and the elimination of the Electoral College
imo extremely unlikely..... pence has his eyes on the prize as well and i suspect will cut his losses under the guise of the 'greater good', avoidance of civil unrest, etc., etc....
of course they are. but nothing is ever deleted in the cyber world. how bout that last fella who spoke in georgia. he called out the abrams tank saying that bitch needed to be locked up. they all shuttered because they are scared to death of her. half the people who spoke sounded like they were scared for their lives. be strong mfs. this is our timeline in history. its not gonna happen. thats called left panic.
