1. In this way? Yes. At the last minute and 11th hour, states were breaking their own laws to re-write how they handle mail-ins.

Which is where standing comes into play. Just because a state breaks its own constitution does not necessarily make it a violation of the US Constitution. By the time anyone with a sack makes a fucking decision on this, the clock is likely to run out, which, I think, was the plan. They will shovel up some shit like, "we will do better next time" and the sheep with go on about their way...

  3. There are really only 2 choices: Intricate, multi-state, nefarious conspiracy or no fraud. Those are the choices. At the end of the day, you either cast your lot with the conspiracists or with the multiple courts, DOJ, including both the AG and FBI, and a host of state election officials from both parties, who have determined, based on evidence, that there was no systemic fraud.

In the end, you got to do what you got to do.

  4. I haven't looked it up, but I suspect that due to COVID this is the largest number of mail-ins that states have been tasked to handle. Sure there were cases of f*ck ups on both sides. Was it enough to make a difference in the outcome of the election? I don't think so.

  6. Then we get to the other issue. These states all used the same software with no checks or audits and we are finding audit trails deleted. What these states then allowed to happen was to allow election workers to just "recreate" the rejected ballots. This has already been proven.

Let me ask you. If you let inner city New Orleans folk recreate ballots, you trust them? These are the same people that fuck up your order in the drive through and cant add cheese to your burger. Yet, we let them run the election.

  7. What's your proposed solution? Also are election "officials" manning the voting stations paid or are they volunteering their time?
  8. Vote with ID or if you mail in require signature verification and then record that to be audited against voter registration. It would be very easy. When you register to vote, you get a voter ID number. This doesn’t need to be complicated. But make it so you most have a state ID.
  9. Then why do you think it hasn't been implemented?
  10. Well Pa just announced that 200k more people voted than their voter rolls contain. Figure it out
