1. I wouldn’t object to that, however it can’t be done on the fly. Another issue is that the constitution establishes the election as individual to each state. It would be difficult to have a universal system and certainly neither the Congress or president can mandate that.
One of the places we’ve strayed most is in voter eligibility. The founding fathers believed that only an educated and interested citizen should vote and believed in establishing checks on those not responsible. Now all it takes is being 18. This has led to a easily led and fooled electorate and increased campaigns that promise nothing but “bread and circuses”. The demand that a voter be a responsible person has been lost. We are poorer and country is weaker for this.
  2. go back to paper ballots. this iraq china venezuela tie in stuff has to stop before we can move forward. this move was to avoid repercussions on american soil. treason is still in play due to the EO.

the fed prosecutors would have access to all the machines for forensics if dominion chose to sue them.
  3. that would be a good thing

ah, so what you're saying is,.. dominion is just bluffing about the lawsuits
  4. Treason:
Article III, Section 3, Clause 1:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Treason Clause is a product of the awareness of the Framers of the numerous and dangerous excrescences which had disfigured the English law of treason and was therefore intended to put it beyond the power of Congress to extend the crime and punishment of treason.1 The debate in the Convention, remarks in the ratifying conventions, and contemporaneous public comment make clear that a restrictive concept of the crime was imposed and that ordinary partisan divisions within political society were not to be escalated by the stronger into capital charges of treason, as so often had happened in England.2
    GiantDuckFan and Winston1 like this.
  5. Unfortunately they do. For both parties. I like your suggestions. Unfortunately 2021 is just around the corner. The chances of them being implemented are somewhere between slim & none.
  6. I agree with everything above

dead people voting was just another of trump's debunked lies

there were dead people on some of the registered voters lists, but no evidence that any ballots were submitted in their name
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/2...stantiated claims of fraud about the election.
  7. Read the first sentence of his post and then tell me if you still agree with "everything"
  8. I did and I do . ?
  9. Then you need to make up your mind about the fraud. If you believe "if there is nothing to hide, why are they hiding" then you can't also believe there is no fraud.
  10. first of all you misquoted, App said, "IF they had nothing to hide...they wouldn't be hiding", which I agree with
