Ha Ha....you honestly believe that they possess all this evidence but they are withholding it until the cases reach the SC? That isn't the way our court system works. Further, we are just a few days away from the election being certified and the electoral college completed. They are on a stringent time frame. If they had the evidence they would have submitted it by now. If not, they are the dumbest fucking lawyers since My Cousin Vinny. Everything that I re-posted were times when you made claims that have proven to be wrong and/or outright lies. I can't believe you honestly think they are saving their ammo for the SC....all that does is expose your lack of knowledge about how our judicial system works. Evidence is the hallmark of it. Without it, your case gets thrown out, which is what has happened the last 37 times they've tried. Further, if an attorney had any intention of taking this to the SC they would have to make a compelling enough case for the judge not to throw it out of court so that it could move forward. This isn't going anywhere near the SC.
cases that are thrown out of court do not progress through our legal system. you have to make a case, try it and lose in order to make an appeal, which is how you get to go to the next level. They can't even accomplish this much.
This is not true. There are multiple "legal" ways you can suppress evidence to be presented by the defense/judge.
https://www.newsmax.com/politics/turley-trump-states-courts/2020/11/30/id/999245/ Turley: 'Odds Are Against' Trump in Flipping States' Outcome The "odds are against" President Donald Trump's team in terms of flipping the outcome in several key states through the courts, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said Monday. "I think that the odds are against them in terms of ultimately prevailing and switching the outcome in these states," said Turley on Fox News' "Fox and Friends." "I mean, they still have the sticker shock problem of trying not to certify these states." He added that there is a "type of sort of 'Death Star' strategy," being employed to "put this round right into an exhaust pipe that blows the whole thing up," Turley added. "That can be done. If you can create certification problems, you can move this fight effectively to the floor of Congress. It's just a very difficult shot to make." Turley said he does think the election will ultimately end up in the Supreme Court, and that Trump "had me at hello" with his comments in an interview Sunday that the courts are rejecting his legal challenges by saying his team doesn't have "standing." However, Turley said that isn't Trump's problem when it comes to the courts. "The problem is that there is this disconnect between the evidence and the relief being sought," said Turley, pointing out Trump's legal team has shown there was irregularity, unlawful orders, and that they have shown thousands of votes weren't counted, but those have not amounted to the numbers that would change a given state's outcome. "More importantly, these judges have balked at the idea of essentially negating millions of votes as a form of relief," said Turley. "In Pennsylvania, the court said look, these voters do appear to have been denied their right to vote. I would rather count their votes than to not count millions of others." Turley also said it's unfair to attack the judges for their decisions. "Many of these judges are Republican appointees, Trump appointees," said Turley. "The judicial area is being attacked by both Democratic and Republican leaders these days. They are doing their job. They are trying to rule, according to the evidence."
says the man who thinks trump is the will of Kek trump lied about there being "massive voter fraud",.. lied about in 2020, lied about it in 2016 did you not read this? "Republican President Donald Trump convened the commission to investigate the 2016 presidential election after making unsubstantiated claims that between 3 million and 5 million ballots were illegally cast" "The now-disbanded voting integrity commission launched by the Trump administration uncovered no evidence to support claims of widespread voter fraud"
Calling Trump a liar doesn’t mean anything. I have only posted things I know to be true and cited what I can. I make it clear when I give an opinion.
What has meaning is what happens in court. So far none of the Trump team’s filings have won in court. Most federal filings have been rejected buy Trump appointees. Trump’s claims have been found wanting and rejected emphatically. The idea that of waiting until a suit is in front of the SCOTUS is laughable. That court isn’t a finder of fact but a determinant of law. If facts haven’t been submitted in lower court they won’t be considered by the SCOTUS. At best it will tell a lower court to review again. More likely it will shut Trump’s efforts down emphatically.
to me, this isn't about you,.. I never mentioned your facts,.. this is about trump, he lied to America and he lied to you,.. your nose is buried in the internet, grasping at straws, trying to prove he's right, you'll realize at some point what a self serving liar he really is,.. you're not the bad person here, 123,.. trump is you still haven't spoke on this,.. isn't it a pertinent, rational point? "Republican President Donald Trump convened the commission to investigate the 2016 presidential election after making unsubstantiated claims that between 3 million and 5 million ballots were illegally cast" "The now-disbanded voting integrity commission launched by the Trump administration uncovered no evidence to support claims of widespread voter fraud"
What point are you making? You are changing the subject as to make some point about Trump lying. Should I talk about Biden’s lies? What’s the point? We were forced to watch the Russia hoax yet can’t look into the election systems with extreme abnormalities? Fuck off with that nonsense. This is an emotional argument and it won’t work on me.
