I’m not sure that Dan Abrams is the best source for info.... he may be right, but also may not have realized this is seen by some as a win for trump due to the equal protection clause. If trump can prove in court that Philadelphia & Pittsburgh used a different ballot standard to acccept mail ballots than was mandated to the rest of the State of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court will step in. ruling those ballots invalid opens the door to rule the same regarding the ones in question. we’ll see....
Rudy's statement implying some sort of legal victory was pure spin,.. I think they simply gave up, they achieved nothing,.. the final certification date was scheduled for November 23rd and it is still scheduled for Nov 23rd,.. Trump's last gasp will be another lawsuit trying to stop that,.. when that lawsuit fails, then what will Trump do?

I'm not convinced they can overturn the election. I think its clear to anyone with a brain that Trump won this on a landslide, possibly 410 electoral votes had they not cheated. My only hope is the exposure of the fraud gets us a fair process because clearly we don't have one now.
