There are a whole bunch of sceanrio's where by 2 teams from the same conference could meet in the NC game, none very likely but none very far fetched either. The main ingredient would just be that there are no undefeated teams from another BCS conference.

It would be very possible for both OU and UT to win out after this weekend, meaning one team would be undefeated and the other with one loss. So they could meet in the title game again. Actually had UT not lost to Arkansas last year and the fact UT plays such a weak schedule year in and out and usually gets to blow out people like Rice, Baylor, North Texas, Texas Tech, Kansas, and A&M and the likes, they have a pretty easy romp after the OU game, same with OU that may have happened last year. Specially this year since the Big 12 north now is worse then the MAC.

So in short its possible and very possible with OU and UT.

The SEC beats itself up to much. Its very difficult for a team to survive the SEC to make the game let alone two. Its not the Pac-10....

UT and OU Won't meet in the title game because they are both in the Big 12 south. UT without the loss to Arkansas early definitely put them in the BCS with an OU win, but LSU and USC were both ahead of them so it was unlikely they would have made the Sugar
