Lol. They have a guitar players thread so I started the drum thread for the straight guys.

I started the guitar players thread because I thought it might be where people could ask questions about guitars and other equipment as well as sharing tips on playing techniques, etc. I'm sure there are some non guitar playing musicians here too. They are welcome to post their thoughts and info there too about drums, keyboards, bass, horns or whatever instruments they play if there is not enough of y'all to warrant a separate thread. But it's not the place to post videos of guitar solos (unless somebody wants to know how to play a particular solo) or drum, keyboard or whatever solos.

I like drum solos as well as the next guy as long as they are within the context of a song and they are not too long.

I thought about buying a harmonica but I would rather spend the time it would take learning to p;lay in practicing my guitars.
