    the GOP would have gone postal if Education got a big bump.

    Ag got a 5% cut.

    im most disappointed that research got zip. paying for jobs doesnt net much $. paying for research nets the most of any expense. the problem is it isnt immediate, but it still creates jobs like construction. of course, as a scientist, im biased.:)

    WTH is "Cross Agency Support"? It's up 777% whatever it is. The line at the bottom says:

    "Totals and percentages reflect the transfer of funds for agency-wide support activities to Cross Agency Support."

    I have my own idea of what that means but I'm pretty sure it's wrong.

    Well then, since they have the majority, that should be the least of their concerns. It doesn't look like they're sticking to their guns and the California deal looks real shady.

    They, are the Democrats, that have the majority. And the California thing is about the money they are getting via War on Terror funds. Which they have nothing to do with either.
