I have bitcoin and I think monero is the next thing to take off, so I'm loading up on it.. People think bitcoin is untraceable, but it's not. Monero is and for that reason, it's the preferred crypto of the degenerates buying drugs off the dark net. Doubt it will get as high as 50k+, but who could've predicted bitcoin would. (Certainly not me or I wouldn't have sold mine back when it was less than $20 per coin).
Holding. I have made 5 times my investment but to buy more now would cost me 5 times what I paid initially. I would have bought more then if I had known that.
Real estate, real estate, real estate. Every extra penny I have goes into buying another house. My goal is to have 20 houses, paid off, within the next 5 years. I'm halfway there. Where I live, houses are cheap. With 20 houses paid for, I can live and travel quite comfortably.
