No it doesn't. Profile specifically pertains to giving all life a chance. If someone is on death-row, they had their chance and blew it. You never know what a living fetus could be in life until you give it a chance.

I gave you an example of a person on death row. Nothing more, nothing less. Stop assuming. They did whatever it is they were accused of to get there. They were tried, had due process to prove innocence without a doubt. I am pro-life and yes, a fetus, with a heart beat, is a life.
