I saw your QB (Barkley) play in an all star game, and he was the best HS passer I saw this season. He's polished looking. That should bode well for you guys. Maybe we'll get a chance to play in a bowl in the next few years. It's been too long since we played USC. I listened to the game in 79 in Baton Rouge, you guys won, but you had to score on the last drive. On 4th and 10, we got to the QB (Paul McDonald?), but we had a face mask penalty. New set of downs. USC went in to score, I think Calvin Sweeny caught the TD pass. Many say it was the loudest game in Tiger Stadium from start to finish. You guys were #1.
