I just don't see it. There is not enough of a market for it.

 

I see that Ted Kazinski has signed the petition. Isn't he the Unabomber?

 

Exactly what I was told when I asked an EA rep in May. He said they've kicked the idea around, but there isn't a market for it. Already baseball games are the least selling yearly sports titles and there isn't much interest in the game other than the South and parts of California to warrant the investment ("...if we did it, we'd want to do it right."), which is a lot of money when it comes to making games.
