My daughter recently got her first job as an RN. My advice to her was not to go in there and try to show off her “knowledge” cause they knew she had that (graduated #1 in her class). I told her to be a “good employee” by getting along, being a team player, and not to be a workplace complainer. I explained to her how that would take her much farther than her trying to impress them with what she knew. Cap is an unhappy attn whore. I can’t think of a worse attribute in the workplace than EITHER of those two.
