we didn't look like a ranked team yesterday. still a lot to accomplish this season. we can go undefeated at home for the first time in 30 years? just need to get better as the season progresses.
That's all we can hope for. A win over Florida would be big for this team as it prepares for it's 2nd national championship in 3 years next year. Get better. Get more experienced. Russell will be the stud QB and 2nd coming of Rohan Davey. The receiving corps will be the best in the nation by this time next year. The O-line will have 4 of the 5 lineman having played 2 entire seasons together. The future's so bright.......you gotta wear Ramah's shades.
I'm pissed about the polls, but it's not over LSU's ranking. Georgia should have gotten a LOT more first place votes than they have gotten. I think Auburn should have jumped Texas and Miami, or at least Texas. Neither West Virginia nor Ohio State should be ranked above Arizona State. Arizona State looks like a top 10 team so far, what are they still doing at 20??! This week re-affirms to me the pollsters know NOTHING!
not surprised about the ranking This team hasn't played a good game for 60 minutes all year. They certainly haven't played up to their potential. If you think this ranking is bad wait to see what happens if we lose in the Swamp. I'm not saying we are going to lose that game but how can anyone expect us to be ranked anymore than 24 or 25 after yesterday? I'm surprised we aren't #25 because we haven't played like we belong in the top 25 all year. Rankings don't mean sh!t at this point, especially until this team starts playing better!
I totally agree. How does Miami get 2 first place votes after beating a really bad Georgia Tech team and UGA get 1 first place vote after destroying a really good LSU team? I don't get it.
