Here we go again. Look, nobody said that. We're talking seriously about the strengths and weakness of our line and our new coach. You made an derogatory and irrelevant statement and it ain't the first.

You have been asked to cut it out by several moderators already, so take this as a warning. Your posts are going to start disappearing quickly if they don't improve. The game is only a couple of weeks away and if you want to be here for it, then drop the lame taunts and get into the spirit of the topic.

We may be counting our chicks early, but we ain't the only ones. Have you seen the initial AP poll, we're ranked #2 in the nation right now, and yes, we're kinda excited about it.

Our o-line underperformed last year, and our running game suffered early in the year. Along with some other factors like officiating and our gameplan, it cost us the Auburn game for sure.

Now we have a new o-line coach, o- coordinator, wide receivers coach, and we are trying to get to know them, so our interest in articles about them.

We're optimistic about the coming season, because we see what we have returning on defense. We think our offense should be good enough. If some young kids live up to their press clips, we could be quite good.

What do you want us to say, "oh were so worried because we have a new o-line coach"?

I think we understand that being ranked high in preseason polls does not mean much, its being ranked high at the end of the season, after all the games have been played that really counts, and you have to go out and earn it one game at at time. That's what we're focused on.

The main reason that coach Stud was brought in other then he is a pretty good O-line coach is that he worked for Urban Meyer for a few years and knows that offense very well. He is helping Pellini and the defensive staff understand those reads better and game plan for Florida and other spread option type teams.

What you are engaging in is conjectural consideration, the real world is considering demonstrated performance.

sometimes the ignore function works a lot like bug spray. gets rid of those annoying little gnats.

i highly recommend it until the mods stamp out the infestation once and for all.

I think that any time a coach gets the accolodates and recognition that coach Stud received, but accomplish that at such a smaller program with inferior talent, you're doing something really well.

At Bowling Green, coach Stud took a clearly less talented bunch of players, and had them perform well against far superior opponents.

I'm a firm believer in him that if he can take players from BGU and make them competitive, he can take our line and make them dominant. Might not happen over-night, or right away, but I believe they'll be clicking on all cylinders before Sept. is over.
