This is accurate with out a doubt. However a Porsche is about the worst case for electric charging. They use a proprietary voltage and charging system that increases the cost relative to other cars. Tesla and others are much more flexible and can be charged faster. Tesla has chargers that will charge fully in 15 minutes. Another point is this is the beginning of the shift. Like a hundred years ago cars and gasoline were reserved for wealthy but very quickly became something available to everyone. What holds true today will not be true in a few years.
