Nope I have been studying this since 1973 and because I work with geologists, geophysicist, paleontologist, geochemist and climopaloentologist my opinions are stead fast. I used to believe much like Rex when it came to our climate. More I researched and talked with the scientist I mentioned the more I became convinced man made global warming/climate change is a starting pile of bullshit pushed by leftist globalist. Believe what you want my mind is totally made up on this issue. I suggest you do a lot more opposition research. Inconvenient Facts by Gregory Wrightstone would be a great place to start. you talk with scientists who share your opinion, and aren't those scientists ones you worked with in the oil industry?.. do you speak with the overwhelming majority of scientists who disagree with you? personally i'm not interested in either sides views, both are biased, rotten with political polarization, like everything else these days,.. the subject's far too complicated, with a gazillion variables, it's impossible to know, one can only speculate i could have studied this since 1973 and i still wouldn't know
Those scientist have to be the most truthful because the decisions they make on where and how deep just one well drilled could cost the company 6 to 15 million dollars if they are wrong. Their research on where to find oil and gas deals with the earths past cilmate and geological dynamics. Agendas mean nothing to them it has to be pure science or they will fail and lose their jobs. Do I speak with scientist I disagree with? I would love to but find me one who will debate, good luck with that. Hell I can't even get one person here to debate. Al Gore has been challenged to debate since he came on the scene with his Inconvenient Truth bullshit but refuses to debate anyone. Of course he lives in a 24,000 sq ft house has 3 SUV's and a G5 airplane and fly around the world lecturing us on living a small sustainable life. Dont agree with both sides are biased. There is what's true and not true nothing else. If they do science for political agenda driven reasons they would fail. They have to understand what the acient climate was like to be successful. They can't pretend or try to prove man made climate is real. Its pure science or their very livelihood would be in jeopardy. Do you not understand that?
