this guy has been as much of a stud that a kicker/punter can be. He either kicks booming punch to get us out of bad field position or he kicks a hugely clutch kick like last night. This guy is a true competitor. Atlanta would not have been in sight without that clutch 44yrd kick last night.
People always seem to give Jackson hell. I have always liked him. You can tell he loves the game. I think he is an above average punter, but he is a average to below average kicker. Last night was a nightmare for punters/kickers, so I was happy to see him get redemption. I also liked beating Auburn by a missed field goal. I bet AU's kicker would have made one of his last two if we gave him another chance...haha.
He's got a very good leg. He's a good kickoff guy, and his punting is pretty good. His place kicking accuracy is average at best, though. I just wish for once we would finally get a stud PK.
He and Skylar should be the SEC players of the week. Our kicker/punter was as much responsible for winning this as anyone. mmmm I wonder how well he can throw..... :hihi:
