    It was pretty pathetic that he had to read from cards when it is a diary about his own life. 26 110 yard sprints is pretty insane. Saban made his players run a lot.

    It doesn't show them in the video, but it just sounds like he is reading from cards behind the camera. Either that or he was just a little tipsy at the nearby Wendys.
