I don't eat cereal very often anymore but I still like it. What are your favorite cereals? When I was a kid I had cereal almost every breakfast. My Dad liked Grape Nuts and shredded wheat and I developed a liking for those but I loved the ones that were loaded with sugar too. When I do buy cereal its almost always either Frosted Flakes or the Frosted Mini Wheats, and once in a great while a box of Trix. I like raisin bran but I almost never have it unless I stay in a hotel that has it on their breakfast bar.
I never liked any of the fake fruit cereals like fruity pebbles or fruit loops and the like. As a kid it was Frosted Flakes, Sugar Crisp, Raisin Bran and Sugar Pops Now Cinnamon Toast Crunch, honey bunches of oats strawberry and capt crunch is a good one and honey nut cheerios with a banana sliced up in it.
one can compare those commercials to the Lucky Strike and Marlboro cigarette commercials. Lung cancer in adults and type 2 diabetes in children. Both killers.
