    On December 16, 1999, Collins committed burglary in an apartment complex. After conviction on the charge, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. His current release date is in 2014. Upon release, he may face incarceration in Louisiana due to his prior conduct there.

    ecil Collins (born November 19, 1976) was a running back for the Miami Dolphins. He is currently incarcerated in the South Bay Correctional Facility, a Florida prison.

    ~Can you believe he averaged 8.3 yards a carry...it was less that 4 games...but are you kidding me...wow what a waste.
