I must disagree. LSU players was running over us at the first of the game but wore down. Our depth was better and LSU couldn't afford the substitutions that UT did and that really cost them in the fourth quarter.

The play that really screwed up on was the end of the first half. That is what I would be complaining about but you had a excited QB who had vision of a victory taint it. Otherwise a slide out of bounds or throw away pass that would have put them up 3 more.
I still think UT would have won cause UT always plays to there comp.

Les is a good coach, Didn't UT beat him by 50 or so last year in a bowl? I like him.
NEVERMIND he was on that other loser team from the big 12

If the Tennessee defense spent as much time on the field as LSU's defense they would have been sucking wind too. LSU only had 4 first downs the entire second half. Depth had absolutely nothing to do with the loss pi$$ poor coaching did.

Yea right UT defense is 100 times better than LSU's. I hate Randy Sanders he sucks nuts. If it wasn't for our D we would have been 0-3 right now.

We were on the field alot in the first half.

I didn't say UT's defense was better, I didn't even say their defense was as good as LSU's. What I said was that the offensive play calling by LSU's coaching staff was so inept that the 3 and out's kept our defense on the field the entire second half. That's why they were tired not because they didn't have the players to substitute but they would have needed about another 50 defensive players to stay on the field that long and not get worn down.

I don't agree LSU has more talent than Tennessee. Tenn. has a plethora (yes, el wapo) of NFL talent. But - they gift-wrapped the game to us in the first half, our coaches could not close the deal.

Where is Muschamp right now? He knows Saban's schemes as well as anyone. Pellini needs to be axed now. What he is doing will not work in the SEC. If Miles lets Pellini drag him down the same way Dinardo's stubbornness re tepper dragged him down, he deserves the same fate as gerry d.

disagree wholeheartedly. lsu has more talent top to bottom than any other team in our history much less this years UT team. ask anyone who's close to the program and unbiased. ask any scouts. gamebreakers are decidedly in LSU's favor which is where the draft revolves. not to mention our def tackles and safeties. let's not even discuss qbs.
