1. Sliver of good news from this: Bowen has removed the buffer of blame in the situation. He can't point the figure at anyone but himself now. Hopefully this season will seal his fate.
  2. Great choices by Little Shinn. Can Scott and promote Bowers who made the personnel decisions. The Hornets issues go deeper than the head coach. They lack any real muscle. This way when Bowers falls on his face as the coach (and he will) Shinn can toss him out as well, effectively cutting off the head of this miserable beast.

Avery Johnson will still be there for hiring after the season is done and he'll get a fresh start with a new GM after unloading some heavy contracts.

Just suffer through this season and it will get better soon after...
  3. I just hope that when Bowers is fired that Floyd is not promoted as the next Head Coach.
  4. The way I see it, Floyd is the head coach without the title.
  5. Look for a possible deal with the Hornets and Pistons by February.
Thats all I can say now!
it may or may not happen.
I'm leaning towards may not, according to the specifics.
  6. This is true, its a way to save money because they have to pay Scott. Its so bad for the Hornets, that they fly coach on regular flights from what I hear. Got some info last night on this move to fire Scott. They might end of being worst than the Clippers and Wolves this year. Chris Paul is done in New Orleans.
  7. Yup, me too. This is a disaster.

  8. This was my thought as soon as I heard the news that Byron Scott got shiitcanned.
