1. The wave needs to die already!!!!![IMG][IMG][IMG]
  2. I was in the student section. I don't remember anyone around me booing Miles. There were definitly a lot of boos directed towards the officials as they left the field. If Miles happened to be in the general area when that happened then that's tough luck. I don't think that many of the boos were directed at Miles on purpose.
  3. JWB, just so you know, I was sitting in the student section, and I can say for a fact, that the refs were still making there way into the tunnel as Miles was leaving the field. My friends and I thought like you at first and were disgusted, but then when we looked in the direction we heard the boos from, we saw the looking at the refs. And just to let you know, the students around the tunnel the teams comes out of were cheering Miles. Now I am not saying that nobody in the student section booed Miles. But the majority of the boos were directed towards the refs. I also understand that on TV, you can't tell who they are booing at and assume the worst. But I assure you that the zebra's were still visible when Miles left the field.
  4. I got to the game late (for multiple reasons) and had to be in the farthest corner of the student section.

When the officials left the field, there were widespread boos from students and nonstudents as well.

When Miles left the field, there were a few boos spread out from throughout the NEZ, not just the student section. I heard boos from my right (student section) and my left and in front of me(non student section). These boos were few and far between though and didn't last long as most people were told to STFU.

  5. The student section is twice as load as the south zone. As as alum, I sat there for 5 years and it is still the loudest place in the stadium. Obviously you never attended LSU and sat in the student section. They are the first ones there and the last to leave.
