1. I felt this was deserving of its own thread so that it was not lost in the shuffle.

About an hour and fifteen minutes before the game, Coach Brady came out and shook hands with many of the students who were already there. I've been going early for a while but had not seen him do this in the past. Nice move on his part!

It was great having over 10,000 fellow fans in the PMAC today!

LSU! :geauxtige :bball: :bball: :bball: :geauxtige LSU!
  2. If you're looking for responses, you'll have to get a lot more negative than that.
Brady is making friends and there's a handful who are lying in wait for their chance to pounce. Golfer is making a feeble attempt at keeping up the Brady bashing, but he's a minor leaguer.
  3. I'm glad to hear he did that. Brady, IMO has been the reason why attendance has continuted in its downward spiral. People just didn't like him. But, if he's making an attempt to befriend the fans (especially the student body), I think if this team continues to be successful, attendance will continue to rise.
  4. i dont think they're there to shake hands with brady... they want to see tyrus thomas jump 4 feet off the ground and throw sec lay ups into the 5th row
  5. They were all standing and clapping the moment he came up to them. Then they got quiet while he spoke. After he talked to many of them and shook hands, he then walked off. At that point they all gave him a standing ovation.

Those particular students are there rain or shine, does not matter who's playing for the team. They are true LSU basketball fans.
  6. nope

    everyone goes to see tyrus

    stop your lying YOU
  7. They are my friends! I was one of them!
  8. I could not hear most of what he had to say... Able to tell us some of his comments?
  9. "Thanks for coming out, through the good times and the bad... This is what keeps this team going... We are thinking about you when our backs are against the wall on the road..."

    Things like that...
  10. No matter how you feel about him, you have to admit this was a class gesture! :thumb:

    Thanks for posting it, Gradin99!
